Terms of Delivery

Logistics partner
Together with our logistics partners, we deliver directly to the delivery address you specify. Our logistics partners sometimes also cooperate with external carriers locally. The delivery can be tracked by means of a tracking number, which will be communicated to you if possible.

Shipping countries
We currently ship to the following countries: Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungaria, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta and the Netherlands.
We do not deliver to the following countries: Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.
Please note: We do not deliver to free zones such as: San Marino, Faroe Islands, Canary Islands, Monaco, Azores, Livigno etc.
For legal reasons, we cannot deliver to the following countries: Burma, Cuba, Congo, Simbabwe, Belorussia, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, Syria.
Orders can of course be placed from any country in the world, in which case the delivery costs and the shipment itself must be examined individually. -
Delivery
The ordered goods will normally be delivered to the recipient within 5 working days after receipt of payment. Our shipping partners are the world's leading logistics companies. Saturday afternoons, Sundays, public holidays, Christmas and New Year's Day will not be delivered. In case of delays or delivery difficulties, we will inform you immediately.In case of unavailability of goods, we are not obliged to deliver. We will inform you of this fact as soon as possible and refund all payments that have already been made. For special offers we can only deliver while stocks last. Basically, we have the right to make partial deliveries.

Incomplete / incorrect delivery
If you discover that your order is incomplete or that you have ordered a different item, please contact us immediately by telephone on +39 0471 052625 or by e-mail: info@sportforyou.net, so that we can arrange for the defective goods to be collected by our logistics partner. If you wish to return the parcel yourself, please send it to us as a standard postal parcel. We will reimburse you for the costs incurred. Please make sure that you receive an undamaged parcel from the courier. If you wish to accept a package that is only slightly damaged, please write the note ‘with reservation’ on the acceptance form. Without this note, acceptance of an opened or damaged package is implicitly considered a correct delivery. -
Order acceptance
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the ‘Send order’ button, you place a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. The order confirmation will be sent immediately after placing the order by automated e-mail. This e-mail confirmation concludes the sales contract. All prices are calculated according to validity on the day of the order. -
Prices
All our prices include legal VAT. We will send you an invoice for the ordered products. Until full payment is made, the products ordered remain our property.
Our invoices are issued in Euro (€).
