Our shipping partner ensures fast and secure delivery. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment at any time.

🌍 Delivery Area

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are displayed transparently during checkout.

Note:
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are to be borne by the customer.

⏱ Delivery Times

🇮🇹 Italy: 24–48 hours
🇪🇺 Europe: 2–4 business days
🌍 International: 3–7 business days

Delivery times apply from the moment the goods are dispatched.

No deliveries are made on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, or public holidays.

📦 Shipping Process

Shipping is carried out directly by our logistics partner OMEST – Express Logistic in Bolzano. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery at any time.

⚠️ Delivery Reservation

If an item is not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In such cases, you will be informed immediately and any payments made will be refunded without delay. For special promotions, delivery is only possible while stocks last. Partial deliveries are permitted.

📩 Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery

If you receive an incomplete delivery or the wrong item, please contact us immediately:

We will arrange collection via our logistics partner or reimburse your return costs. Please check the goods upon receipt. If the package is damaged, make sure to note “with reservation” when accepting the delivery.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer. Confirmation is sent via automated email, which concludes the purchase contract. Prices valid at the time of the order apply.

All prices include statutory VAT. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
